When reporting a technical issue, include the game title, game version if known, device/platform, operating-system version, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and the steps that reproduce it. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, advertising identifiers, or other sensitive information.
Purchases
Store purchases and refunds are processed through the storefront where the purchase was made. When our games become commercially available, product support pages will identify the applicable storefront support and purchase information.
